Woman looking out at the ocean from a coastal cliff

You already have more than you think.

You don't have a motivation problem.

Maybe you have:

Too many ideas.

You can see a dozen possible businesses and choosing one feels like killing off the others.

A business idea you're not acting on.

You know what you want to build. You just can't seem to start.

A tendency to overthink.

Research feels productive, so you keep researching instead of putting yourself out there.

Perfectionism.

Everything has to be figured out before you can make the first move.

Business overwhelm.

Suddenly you need an offer, website, content, email list, funnel, systems, branding...

A business that no longer fits.

You've built something, but running it feels harder than it should.

And the usual advice? Pick a niche. Make a plan. Be consistent. Just take action. If only it were that simple.

You don't need to become a different person to build a business. You need a business that works with the person you already are.

THIS IS YOUR DIFFERENT WAY
THE PACIFIC BLUEPRINT PATH

Four stages. One blueprint.

You don't have to build your business all at once. We move through four stages:

The Thread

02

The Direction

Turn your patterns, strengths and ideas into a business direction.

03

The Architecture

THE PACIFIC BLUEPRINT APPROACH

You don't need to fix yourself before you build your business.

There is nothing wrong with needing a different way of working. Your ADHD doesn't have to become another problem you need to solve before you're allowed to succeed.

We don't build businesses around some imaginary version of you who wakes up at 5am, follows a perfect routine and never loses interest.

We build around you.

Your strengths.

Your brain.

Your energy.

Your experience.

Your ambitions.

And your actual life.

That's the Pacific Blueprint approach.

WHO'S BEHIND THIS

Why trust me to help you build it?

My background is in customer experience, SaaS, onboarding, product support and problem-solving: years spent understanding people, untangling messy situations and turning them into something that works. That's the same thing I now do for your business.

I also recognise a lot of my own experience in the women I work with: the scattered ideas, the started-and-abandoned projects, the intensity that can look like inconsistency from the outside. It's part of why I built Pacific Blueprint the way I did.

QUESTIONS

FAQs

What exactly is Pacific Blueprint? +

Pacific Blueprint is business architecture for women with ADHD. I help you take the ideas, skills, experience and possibilities you already have and turn them into a business that makes sense, both commercially and for the way you actually work. That might mean finding the business idea that's been hiding in your experience, choosing between several directions, designing your business model, or finally getting the thing you've been thinking about for months off the ground. We work on the business, while taking into account the reality of building one with an ADHD brain.

Do I need to have an ADHD diagnosis to work with you? +

No. I haven't been formally diagnosed with ADHD myself, and I don't diagnose or treat ADHD. My work is specifically designed around the experiences many women with ADHD recognise in themselves: having too many ideas, difficulty prioritising, procrastination, overwhelm, perfectionism, inconsistent motivation and the frustrating gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. If you identify with that experience and want to build a business in a way that works better for you, you're welcome here.

What if I already know exactly what business I want to build? +

Then you may not need to start by finding your idea. This is one of the reasons The Thread isn't simply a “find your business idea” exercise. You might already know what you want to build and still be completely stuck. The Thread can help you identify what's happening between “I know what I want to do” and “I'm actually doing it.” From there, you might need The Architecture to design the business, or The Build if the biggest challenge is turning your plans into action.

What if I have too many business ideas? +

Then you're exactly where The Thread can help. Having lots of ideas isn't necessarily a problem. The problem is when every idea feels like it could be the right one, so you keep researching, switching and starting again without giving any one direction enough time to become real. We'll look for the patterns underneath your ideas and work out which possibilities are worth exploring further. You don't need to kill off every other idea forever. You just need to know which one deserves your attention now.

What if I don't know what I'm good at? +

That's incredibly common. We're often much better at recognising what we're interested in than recognising what we're actually good at. And many women with ADHD have strengths they've never thought of as skills because those things come naturally to them. We'll look at your work, experiences, interests, problems you've solved, things people ask you for help with and the patterns that keep appearing. You don't have to arrive knowing your strengths. That's part of the work.

What if I already have a business? +

You absolutely can. You might have built a business already but realised it doesn't fit the way you work. Maybe you've outgrown your offer. Maybe your business has become too complicated. Maybe you're doing too many things. Maybe you're struggling to maintain it. Or maybe you know there's something better hiding inside what you've already built. Pacific Blueprint isn't only about starting from zero. Sometimes the blueprint needs redesigning.

Is Pacific Blueprint business coaching or ADHD coaching? +

Business coaching, with an ADHD-aware approach. I'm not a therapist, psychologist or ADHD specialist, and I don't diagnose or treat ADHD. My focus is your business. We look at your business model, offers, positioning, customers, decisions, priorities and execution. But we don't pretend that the way you think, focus, make decisions and take action has nothing to do with how you build your business. That's where the ADHD-aware approach comes in.

Will you tell me what business I should start? +

No. That's intentional. I don't believe there is one perfect business hidden somewhere that I can magically tell you to build. My job is to help you understand your own raw material well enough to make a strong decision. We'll look at your skills, experience, interests, strengths, opportunities and the problems you can solve. Then we'll work out what makes sense. I'm not here to give you my business idea for your life. I'm here to help you find yours.

What if I keep losing interest in things? +

Then we need to understand why. Losing interest doesn't automatically mean the business was the wrong choice. Sometimes the novelty has worn off. Sometimes you've reached a part of the business that doesn't play to your strengths. Sometimes you've built something that requires you to do too much of what drains you. Sometimes the business needs a different structure. And sometimes, yes, the idea really isn't right anymore. We don't treat every loss of motivation as a sign to quit. We investigate the pattern before making the decision.

What if I procrastinate all the time? +

Then telling you to “just take action” probably isn't going to be particularly helpful. We'll look at what the procrastination is doing for you. Are you overwhelmed? Is the task unclear? Are there too many decisions? Are you afraid of getting it wrong? Is perfectionism involved? Is the task simply boring? Have you made something much more complicated than it needs to be? Once we understand what's underneath the stuckness, we can work out what kind of structure or support will actually help. The goal isn't to shame yourself into action. It's to make action easier.

What if I have no idea where to start? +

That's exactly what The Thread is for. You don't need to know which programme you need. Start there. It will help you understand where you are, what's creating the stuckness and what your next step could be. And it's free.

Do I have to go through the programmes in order? +

No. The programmes form a natural journey: The Thread → The Direction → The Architecture → The Build. But you don't necessarily need every stage. If you already know your direction, you may be ready for The Architecture. If your business is already designed and your biggest challenge is execution, The Build may be the better fit. Start where your actual problem is.

What if I don't want another rigid programme? +

Good. Neither do I. Pacific Blueprint is structured, because structure can be incredibly useful when your brain is juggling too many things, but the structure exists to create clarity and movement, not to put you in a box. We're building a business, not trying to turn you into a productivity robot.

Do I need to be an experienced entrepreneur? +

Not at all. You can be at the very beginning, have a business idea you've been sitting on for years, or already have a business that needs restructuring. What matters is that you're ready to take your business seriously and build something that fits you.

You already have more than you think.

The ideas. The skills. The experience. The perspective. The ambition. Maybe even the business idea.

You don't need another person telling you to try harder. You need to understand what you have, decide what to do with it, and build something that actually fits.
